Hired to organise and run a design workshop for Kyocera stakeholders/marketing team as the existing Kyocera MDS site had failed to effectively communicate the benefits of the system. And as such led to low lead generation opportunities.
The workshop was an astounding success as we worked together to focus on the key business objectives and core user requirements. The Innovation Promise Pyramid on Day 1 enabled the identification of restrictions, pain points, success metrics, and overall key points. Broken down, we concisely identified the target users and USP of the system.
